What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and referral sources.
  • Proactively make outbound calls to generate new business and strengthen partnerships.
  • Guide clients through credit improvement strategies and support our mortgage/real estate partners.
  • Close 3–5 warm leads daily—your sales skills will be rewarded!
  • Track and report your sales performance to senior management.
  • Make 150 - 200 + outbound calls daily—energy and persistence are key!

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience in credit, banking, mortgage, or real estate sales is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and a desire to grow your career.
  • Must be able to work in-person in Fishkill, NY.

Minimum (Required):

  • B2B sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Mortgage: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)

Analyze credit reports, identify issues, and develop tailored strategies for each client. Work closely with clients and partners to overcome challenges and achieve results.

Demonstrate high energy, resilience, and a relentless focus on achieving measurable outcomes for clients and partners.

Compensation:

  • Pay: $45,963.00 - $156,243.00 + per year

Physical Requirements:

  • This position requires sitting for extended periods of time, working at a computer and telephone throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of an 8-h
