The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, identifying their needs, and converting leads into qualified sales opportunities. Your strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Screening & Telesales • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services. • Assess customer requirements and qualify leads based on defined criteria. • Convert leads into sales opportunities by providing clear, persuasive, and relevant information. 2. Customer Engagement & Product Demonstration • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and pain points. • Educate potential clients about product features, benefits, and value propositions. • Deliver product demos to prospective clients (SaaS / ERP / Zoho solutions). • Handle basic product queries and confidently present use cases during demo sessions. • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling enquiries. 3. Appointment Setting & Follow-ups • Schedule product demos, meetings, or follow-up calls. • Conduct demo sessions independently when required. • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates. 4. CRM & Database Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, follow-ups, demos, and conversions in the CRM system. • Track and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics. Requirements • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; multilingual proficiency is a plus. • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities. • Prior experience in delivering product demos to clients is mandatory. • Hands-on experience explaining SaaS / ERP / Zoho-based solutions during demo sessions. • Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred). • Experience in SaaS-based products / ERP solutions is highly desirable. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Experience range: 1–4 years in inside sales, tele-calling, lead generation, and demo presentation roles in IT SaaS / Zoho-based environments.
