We are looking for someone to join our Sales Team to be responsible for keeping the sales process moving forward – flagging deals for follow-up and identifying opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with them to identify opportunities, connect with relevant contacts as well as arrange meetings for the International Business Developer (IBD) to pitch our added value to their business with our services and products to these customers.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring the information held in our CRM system is accurate, so that correct contact information is maintained at all times whilst contacting the relevant people to establish a connection and opportunity to promote our added value to their business with our services and products.
  • We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone & who can send professional and appropriate emails to prospects when applicable.
  • You will also learn about our products to be able to discuss them competently with new prospects, existing customers and incoming leads when handling enquiries or queries.
