Responsibilities:

You will maintain our long-term relationships with existing customers by answering their questions and connecting them with the appropriate technical colleagues. You show interest in their business and act as a valuable partner in search of their success. The customer can always rely on you as a point of contact, while you focus on building a strong bond with them. Most communication will be by phone, email, and Teams calls, but you will also occasionally visit your key customers.
Additionally, you will proactively seek out new projects with our existing customers. Once you have accurately captured the customer’s needs and questions, you will connect them with our technical experts to jointly propose the right (technical) solution. You will follow up the entire sales process from the initial inquiry, through the various potential scenarios, to a signed quotation, including after care and debriefing.

Preparing and following up on high-quality sales quotes is also part of your responsibilities. You will request the correct information and prices from our vendors and technical colleagues, provide these quotes to our customers, make necessary adjustments, and ensure a successful and error-free order.

  • You will keep an eye on communications, programs, product updates, and news from our vendors and share them with your colleagues and customers.
  • You will also provide input to our marketing team so they can post on our socials about customer success stories, our services, and our vendors’ products.
  • You will assist with our external communications through newsletters, campaigns, and events.
  • You can also attend events hosted by our vendors and partners and take relevant courses to keep your knowledge up to date.
