The Inside Sales representative will work cooperatively with outside sales and other members of the distribution team to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction. Requirements Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous sales experience Product/applications experience Basic computer proficiency Preferred: Previous experience in plumbing, irrigation, or a related industry Minimum 2 years in similar position Wholesale distribution experience Customer-facing sales experience Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time and multitask in a busy environment Comfortable with initiating sales and recommending additional products Team player with a positive attitude
