Description

We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate to help expand our presence across North America within Bel’s key vertical markets. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement—identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving account growth in alignment with our global strategy.
Reporting directly to the Inside Sales Manager, North America, you’ll be responsible for initiating contact with prospective customers and nurturing those relationships into long-term partnerships. You will work closely with Business Development Managers and the Director of Market Development to meet and exceed market growth expectations and company goals. Your success in meeting or exceeding sales targets will be rewarded through a performance-based compensation plan, launching in 2026.
