We are looking for an Inside Sales Intern to support our sales team by engaging with potential prospects, understanding their business needs, and driving conversions through structured follow-ups and conversations. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will: Make outbound calls to potential prospects and introduce Adhvitiya’s services clearly Follow up with interested and pre-qualified leads generated through campaigns and outreach Understand client requirements and position services accordingly Handle basic objections and guide prospects toward the next step or closure Qualify leads based on intent, budget, and readiness Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets Comfortable speaking to strangers and handling phone-based sales conversations Good communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory) Willingness to make consistent follow-up calls without hesitation No fear of rejection; ability to stay motivated after unsuccessful calls Basic understanding of professionalism and time management Willingness to learn sales frameworks, pitch structures, and objection handling Open to feedback and eager to improve performance Certificate Informal dress code 5 days a week Free snacks & beverages Job offer
