DESCRIPTION:

Legrand Care is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals for an internship in the Inside Sales department. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience, work in a dynamic environment, and enhance your professional skills. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in shadow learning, receive professional orientation, and potentially secure permanent positions.
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently enrolled in a university program.
  • Mandatory internships in collaboration with the university with internship agreements.
  • Strong interest in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and German.
  • Initial professional experience in a similar position is an advantage.
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and a communicative personality.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects:
  • Provide customer service (B2B) mainly by telephone and e-mail in German and English.
  • Handle customer inquiries about items and orders.
  • Monitor product availability and delivery dates.
  • Manage quotations, order processing, and tracking.
  • Support and supervise our sales representatives.
  • Process and create forecasts and key figures for the sales regions.
  • Maintain price lists.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
  • Data Management and Organization:
  • Continuously maintain master data in our ERP system.
  • Co-organize internal/external conferences.
  • Participate in customer and trade fair visits.
  • Professional Development:
  • Participate in shadow learning and gain insights from experienced professionals.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives.
