LEAD QUALIFICATION:

• Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (e.g., phone, email, social media).
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and follow up on leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive and independent working style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluent English and in addition another language. Preferably German.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

• Create and maintain sales reports and documentation.
• Support the organization of sales events and campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
