JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an accomplished and driven Inside Sales Lead to provide strategic direction, daily oversight, and developmental support to our inside sales team operating within a fast-paced industrial sales environment. This is a hybrid leadership role that combines team management responsibilities with active participation in sales activities, including direct customer engagement and account management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting performance expectations, monitoring KPIs, coaching team members, and ensuring that sales operations are aligned with broader business objectives. In addition to leading the inside sales function, the Inside Sales Lead will manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, actively contributing to revenue generation and customer retention.
This role requires a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to cultivate a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and continuous improvement within the team.
