Job Description: Inside Sales Lead Generator Modality: On site Schedule: 8:00 am -5:30 pm M-F Salary: DOP$36,100 Location: Santiago, 51000     GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:   This role contributes to the growth of the Emerging Business BU by supporting the lead generation for any Jostens product, this role is intended to be multifunctional. Provides help and assists in all the activities related to the department.   RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:    Assist and support customer acquisition and opportunity development:   Make outbound calls to provide the prospect base with success measures defined as: * Lead interested in learning more about the service offered by the brand; with school name and contact info passed along on a daily basis.  This is defined as a warm lead. * Additional information obtained as far as a decision maker, school’s use of service, and contact information * Documentation: * Accurately and consistently update databases with information obtained * Consistently pass along “warm” lead information daily  * Make recommendations and adjust accordingly (when approved) if scripts/campaigns are not as effective as desired   Required:   * High school graduated * 1 – 2 years of sales and/or outbound calling experience * Bilingual Spanish & English. * Excellent interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills * Ability to build strong professional relationships with customers and internal team members * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Ability to accurately obtain, document, and relay information in written form * Competitive spirit and passion for the customer   Preferred:   * Knowledge of and experience with B2B customer acquisition and account management * Knowledge and understanding of the elementary market Benefits: * Weekly Payment * Performance Incentives * Law medical insurance and AFP * Complementary Medical Insurance * Life Insurance * 2 way free Transportation  * Internal Bank * Credit in pharmacy and optic center * Referral Program * Growth Opportunities About Jostens: Celebrating 125+ years of business, Jostens has been a part of local communities, working with K-12 schools, colleges and universities, teams, and affiliation groups.
