JOB OVERVIEW

Canadian Aqualine in Delta BC is looking for an exceptional and well-rounded inside sales, customer service and logistics representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be result-oriented, detail-focused and tech-savvy.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in B2B or technology sales environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to demonstrate negotiation skills and effectively handle objections from potential clients.
  • Experience in the plumbing wholesale industry an asset

    · Strong Office 365 skills (Word, Excel) with Sage Software experience being a bonus

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING)

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Related experience in purchasing and inventory management (preferred)
  • Experience in the plumbing wholesale industry as asset

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management and the inside sales team to handle customer inquiries on phone and email, provide quotes for customers, track incoming purchase orders and communicate with our vendors for delivery updates and stock status.
  • Assist in shipping, receiving and all logistical requirements.
  • Assist with the review and monitoring of inventory amounts using the Sage software.
  • Assist with inventory checks and order fulfillment during busy times.
