We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team to sale our services onto the US market by phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by finding leads, engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to male sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with US based customers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and Google Workspace Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self motivated
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native English is mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Find leads using our methodology in the USA.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate follow ups and set your own appointments.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products / services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
