Description
Deliverables for business objectives would include developing and deploying execution strategies; recruiting, training, managing and developing Inside Sales team; collaborating with cross functional leaders and teams in the successful execution of global projects; and independently leading designated Inside Sales programs from conception to completion. Process Excellence: Design and implement new, scalable processes to support future growth and provide critical business insights and strategies based on customer activity analysis Team Motivation: Direct, support and motivate the Regional Inside Sales team to consistently meet or exceed regional sales goals Coaching & Culture: Foster a high-performance culture characterized by teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement. Provide regular, real-time, and candid coaching and feedback to improve individual and team performance Training: Provide regular training to the regional team on sales methodologies, technical products and applications BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or equivalent Proven experience in a commercial sales role Demonstrable leadership and people management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams that meet or exceed revenue targets Confidence in making decisions and recommendations using a data-driven mindset, and leveraging change management skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, departments and regions Results-oriented, with a key focus on delivering exceptional customer experience Ability to recognize and manage potential problem areas, identify root causes and resolve them with sound judgment and integrity Excellent presentation, documentation, influencing, and interpersonal skills across technical and non-technical topics Professional fluency in English (written and spoken) Global leadership experience Sales management experience within biotech, medical or related industry Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
