We're seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, to spearhead a team of talented Inside Sales Associates and Coordinators, guiding them from "Lead to Order" and fueling revenue growth. As the Inside Sales Manager, Health, Nutrition & Care, you'll have the opportunity to shape strategy, build customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Communications to deliver powerful solutions and insights. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage, develop and motivate a high performance inside sales team Conduct team meetings to ensure team activities align with overall sales objectives Ensure proper training and use of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to implement consistent company practices Assist in establishing, monitoring, and executing goals for revenue, growth, and Key Performance Indicators (KPls) Address performance issues appropriately and in a timely manner Sell dsm-firmenich products directly to customers or through distribution channel in a designated area, achieving the respective budget targets in volume, price and Operational Expenditures (OPEX) . Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,600-$125,000. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
