• Needs analysis  and independent determination of customer requirements, accompanied by  product-related  consulting.

• Identifying cross-selling and upselling potential   during customer contact

• Independent quote creation   including follow-up and documentation for a unique customer experience

• Independent  analysis of sales figures  to derive measures  for increasing revenue
