Position Title: Sales Manager This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on building and managing a team of inside negotiators who handle cell site lease transactions on behalf of mobile carriers and tower companies. Work closely with sales representatives to provide insights, resources, and support in achieving their individual and team targets. * Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge at an individual and team level. Expand/develop new hire training. * Create a culture that fosters the growth and development of leaders within the team. * Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth. * Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. * Collaborate with support teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and company strategies. You Have * Proven experience in sales management or a related leadership role, specifically experience managing large teams in a high-volume call-center environment (minimum 5 years) * Documented track record of achieving and exceeding targets as the leader of a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams * Ability to motivate and inspire others with and without direct authority Working Conditions * General office environment From Our Legal Department: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
