Description

Due to the rapid growth of our European office in Oosterhout (NB), we are looking for a full time Manager Inside Sales. As a new member of the European Sales Leadership Team at OnLogic you help OnLogic achieve ambitious growth targets by influencing both established OnLogic customers and by onboarding new customers.

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING:

  • Our sales team is made up of a range of highly-impactful roles, with opportunities to demonstrate great sales leadership and customer service at every stage of the sales cycle! Our sales roles include:
  • Acquisition team: New customer acquisition and Business development, prospecting, lead generation, closing deals
  • Strategic Account Managers: Manage and grow our high value customer relationships.
  • Sales Operations : Dedicated to providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels.
  • Technical Sales: an Inside sales team that qualifies and converts leads from global technology innovators prospects, who are looking for a true consultative partner which can provide solutions.
  • Sales Engineering: Experts in assessing customer needs and providing the best possible solution - every time.
  • Enterprise accounts & managed partners: Management & growth of key strategic accounts

REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in commercials or economics.
  • You bring at least 7 years of Sales experience in a similar industry, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • You speak and write Dutch & English fluently (level C2/C1). A third European language (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) is an advantage.
  • You have enough IT knowledge to level with your technical colleagues and customers.
