OUR TEAM

At Pure Storage, we are building a world-class inside sales team to support our rapid growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers. The Inside Sales Manager plays a key role in leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) focused on enterprise accounts across Asia Pacific Japan. This team is responsible or generating qualified opportunities and accelerating pipeline through strategic outbound engagement.
We are looking for a high-impact leader who can coach, develop, and scale a performance-driven SDR team. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, field sales, and operations to design and execute programs that align with Pure’s revenue goals. Success in this role requires deep sales acumen, strong leadership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a motivated team of SDRs to meet and exceed pipeline generation and sales objectives.
  • Create a culture of excellence, inclusiveness, collaboration, and accountability—while championing team members’ career growth and professional development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales leadership to design and implement campaigns that drive engagement and qualified pipeline.
  • Establish clear priorities and strategic direction, ensuring alignment across the team and continuous improvement in process and productivity.
  • Coach and support SDRs in outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and deal progression in partnership with field sales.
  • Monitor and measure team performance, analyzing outreach activity, lead conversion, and pipeline contribution metrics; implement improvements as needed.
  • Maintain consistent communication with each team member, providing ongoing feedback, recognition, and support.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance environment that embodies Pure Storage’s customer-first values.
