Job Description
As an Advanced Inside Sales Representative, you bring extensive knowledge and expertise in managing complex sales activities and resolving sophisticated customer issues. You will serve as a key resource within the sales team, focusing on executing and problem-solving to improve sales processes and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone contact and advice for new customers
  • Telephone customer support for sales-promoting measures to support the sales teams
  • Documentation of customer and project data in the CRM system (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the sales and marketing teams
  • Relationship management with the key contacts
  • dentification of the customer’s business topics and generation of appropriate sales opportunities
  • Support for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) user groups

Job Requirements

  • Completed business administration or commercial training
  • Experience in outbound/inside sales is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills incl. MS Teams
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Enjoy working with customers
  • Friendly and self-confident appearance as well as strong communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and communicative, proactive team player
  • Careful, independent and reliable way of working, even under deadline pressure
  • Experience in social selling
  • Knowledge of common sales methodologies is desirable
