Gold Shield Exteriors is a locally owned roofing and exteriors company serving Vancouver and SW Washington. We focus on great workmanship, fair pricing, and making the customer experience easy. We’re growing and looking for someone to join our office team who can help us set more appointments, talk with customers, and keep our marketing fresh.
About the Role
This position is part inside sales, part marketing support. You’ll be on the phones daily reaching out to warm leads (no cold calling lists). When phones are slower, you’ll help us with social media posts, browsing local Facebook groups for leads, and keeping our CRM organized. Over time, this role can grow into managing more of our marketing if you want that career path.
What You’ll Do
- Call inbound leads quickly and set appointments for free inspections
- Follow up on open estimates and past leads in our pipeline
- Confirm appointments and update our CRM (JobNimbus)
- Post before/after photos and short updates on our company Facebook/Instagram
- Browse local FB groups for potential customers and conversations
- Be a positive, professional voice of our company on every call
Pay & Benefits
- $18–$20/hour base pay (38–45 hrs/week)
- $20 bonus for every appointment set (target 9–12 per week)
- 1% commission on self-generated sales (from FB groups, home shows, etc.)
- Estimated Annual Earnings:
- $40,000–$45,000/year at 38 hours/week with steady appointment setting
- Up to $65,000/year+ with overtime, 12 appointments/week, and self-generated sales

What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable and confident on the phone
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with computers/CRM
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good written communication
- Self-motivated — someone who doesn’t sit idle when things slow down
- Any customer service, call center, or sales background is a plus

SKILLS

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

- Knowledge of marketing principles that support lead generation efforts.
- Ability to engage in outbound calling campaigns effectively, demonstrating persistence and professionalism.
