The Inside Sales - New Business Development role is responsible for prospecting new accounts, investigating and developing new business relationships with companies in discrete manufacturing and exploring additional industries for Coherix to enter. You will be responsible for the full life of the new lead, this includes making the prospecting call, entering information into Salesforce and reporting/tracking of new business developments. Final steps include scheduling appointments for Coherix Account Managers to follow through with the lead and scheduling demonstrations with customers both onsite and remotely. In addition, you will develop proposals as needed to support account managers.
Along with prospecting, you will be responsible for duties related to Salesforce and Sales Administration. You will assist in utilizing Salesforce to streamline processes for Engineering, Operations, and Sales. This will include maintaining ERP Integrations and suggesting additional ways to improve the process. You must stay up to date with Account managers on the implementation of Automation Flows to track business opportunities and new leads, working with the sales team to determine what is helpful. Additionally, you will be tasked with building up the infrastructure for global enforcement, mapping out processes, and ensuring all opportunities are visible to management and the sales team. Regular monitoring is required to ensure consistency, as top salespeople actively pursue new opportunities.
