Equipment World is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales professional to join our team. If you are customer-focused, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic work environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Greet walk-in customers in a pleasant and professional manner, assist with phone inquiries, and direct questions as needed
  • Advise customers on product use, care, and specialized services
  • Operate computerized inventory and re-ordering systems, including order entry in SAGE
  • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Provide input into product design for customized client solutions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Consult with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support
  • Conduct sales transactions through online commerce platforms
  • Support Outside Sales/Account Managers by sourcing and preparing quotes
  • Coordinate with Technical, Warehouse, and Outside Sales teams for customer requests
  • Estimate and quote prices, freight, credits, contract terms, warranties, and delivery schedules
  • Follow up on quotations with customers and expedite orders by liaising with vendors and freight companies
  • Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
  • Issue purchase orders within SAGE
  • Handle refunds, exchanges, and credits for returned merchandise as needed
  • Actively contribute to a team environment and support the company’s overall success
