Weimer Bearing is looking for self-motivated, flexible candidates to fill an inside sales representative/outside sales trainee position at our Rapid City, South Dakota location, part of our ISC Division. We are looking for a dedicated sales professional to learn our products and train to take on existing customers and pioneer new ones with an eye towards GROWTH. This role is perfect for someone eager to kick-start their career in outside sales, while gaining hands-on experience and product training. Responsibilities: Learn our products and company culture to become a valuable asset to our customers Main inside point of contact for designated accounts Help manage a specific territory through joint calls and some travel to customer locations Participate in weekly training meetings for product updates and technical training Enter customer orders Offer product solutions for customers including maintenance staff, purchasing agents and engineers Establish relationships with customers to gain confidence in Weimer Bearing as their number one source for our products. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to learn and market new products Assist customers in problem solving issues for difficult applications. Create and maintain long lasting partnerships with customers.
