Description The Inside Sales Representative is the first voice our potential clients hear. You’ll respond quickly to new inquiries, build trust, gather key facts, and guide qualified leads through the intake process as well as follow up on all potential client inquiries. You’ll balance empathy with urgency, follow a proven script, and document everything accurately in our case management systems. What you’ll do Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, web forms, chat) quickly and professionally Conduct structured intake conversations: gather facts, identify red flags, and confirm eligibility Convert qualified leads into completed intakes ensuring the highest level of follow-through Provide clear expectations about the process (next steps, required documents, timelines) Coordinate with intake department, attorneys, case managers, and marketing on lead status and handoffs Maintain accurate notes and tasks in our CRM, including call outcomes and dispositions Follow approved scripts, compliance rules, and quality standards (no legal advice) Participate in call coaching, role-play, and continuous improvement training What success looks like (example KPIs) Speed to lead (first response time) Contact rate Qualified conversion rate (qualified leads ? signed) Call quality/compliance score Documentation accuracy and task completion Client experience metrics (CSAT/reviews when applicable) Requirements Required 2+ years in inside sales, intake, customer success, or call-center conversion role Strong phone presence: confident, warm, persuasive without being pushy Excellent listening, note-taking, and de-escalation skills Comfortable with CRMs and structured workflows; accurate data entry High integrity and discretion (handles confidential information) Preferred Prior PI intake experience (or legal intake in any practice area) Spanish bilingual Familiarity with Filevine, Lead Docket, Microsoft 365 What we offer Competitive base pay + performance bonus Health/vision/dental PTO + paid holidays Ongoing training A team that values customer delight, efficiency and integrity How to apply Submit your resume and a short note: “What does great intake sound like on a first call?”
