The Opportunity We are currently seeking motivated and driven Full-Time Inside Sales Professionals to join our Business Development team, working in-office at our Burnsville, MN location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, is comfortable spending time on the phone, and wants a flexible schedule while being part of a high-energy, supportive sales team. What You’ll Do Promote and sell the value of BBB Accreditation to businesses across Minnesota and North Dakota Conduct outbound phone outreach using a proven, pre-developed sales script Consult with business owners after accreditation to support their online presence and marketplace credibility Accurately document sales activity and customer information in internal systems Collaborate with a tenured and highly engaged sales team (average tenure: 6+ years) Schedule & Hours Full-time; 8-hour days – you determine your consistent daily schedule within the time frame of 7:30 a.m.- 6:30 p.m., 40 hours per week Training & Support Robust onboarding and job shadowing program Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced sales leaders Clear expectations, proven sales processes, and strong team support Ideal for candidates new to sales who are motivated and eager to learn Requirements What We’re Looking For High School diploma or equivalent Sales experience is a plus—but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable mindset with the ability to follow a sales process Resilience, tenacity, and comfort handling objections Self-motivated with strong time management skills Basic computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office, data entry) Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Compensation & Earnings Competitive base wage + incentive pay + uncapped commission Anticipated Starting Salary Ranges: A base rate of $20/hour plus a highly competitive, uncapped commission and incentive plan. Many of the Business Development Professionals earn $50,000 - $80,000+ in their first year, with uncapped potential continuing thereafter.
