POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a dual-role position as an Inside Sales and Project Coordinator. This hybrid role combines customer-focused sales responsibilities with hands-on project coordination to ensure seamless execution of client orders from initial inside inquiry through final delivery.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for generating quotes, processing orders, responding to inquiries, and building strong relationships to support revenue growth. As a Project Coordinator, you will manage timelines, coordinate with internal departments, track project progress, and ensure that all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses both strong communication and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a team
• Experience in the construction industry is preferable

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
