We are looking for a versatile and dynamic professional to join our team in a dual role combining Inside Sales and Technical Customer Support. You will be part of our commercial team specializing in adhesive, surface treatment, and sealing solutions for industrial manufacturing. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your commercial skills while developing technical expertise to support our customers and distributors.

Responsibilities

Inside Sales (Remote Sales & Lead Management)

  • Generate remote sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently, qualify them, and decide on the involvement of a field sales engineer.
  • Proactively build and develop strong relationships with customers and distributors through targeted sales prospecting.
  • Collaborate and engage with application engineers, field, and marketing teams to support commercial opportunities and development initiatives.
  • Design tailor-made solutions by analyzing customer needs and offering value-added recommendations from our product portfolio.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales performance targets (KPIs).

Technical Customer Support & Helpdesk

  • Provide technical support and advisory services for our adhesive solutions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in Dutch and English.
  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable products for their applications.
  • Collaborate with local application engineers for advance technical request.
  • Work closely with local engineers to find the best technical solutions.
