We have an opportunity for a Inside Sales Rep II to join us at Honeywell in Gothenburg Sweden. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Account Managers with crafting tailored proposals and driving incremental business growth through strategic initiatives. This position is crucial for enhancing customer engagements and contributing to the sales pipeline and revenue generation. At Honeywell, we blend physical products with software to support smarter, safer, and more sustainable operations in industries around the globe.

MUST HAVE SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the industrial or technological sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or another Scandinavian language is a requirement.
  • Ability to understand technical products and solutions. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and refine sales proposals. Identify and pursue sales opportunities to drive incremental growth.
  • Manage customer queries and provide detailed product/service information. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ensure CRM tools are updated with accurate customer and pipeline information.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to understand product offerings and sales techniques thoroughly.
  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and feasible solutions are proposed to customers.
