Job Details Job Location: SP Gilbert - Gilbert, AZ 85233 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Day Job Category: Sales JOB SUMMARY The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on heavy proactive outbound prospecting, customer retention, and share of wallet activities for our cardlock, lubricant, and wholesale divisions. This position involves extensive customer interaction through telephone calls and email communication to sell and market Senergy Petroleum products. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling requests for quotes, order placement, proposal generation, prospecting, and effectively communicating pertinent information back to customers. Key Responsibilities: Tenacious Outbound Prospecting Conduct proactive outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers within target markets and industries. Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate sales opportunities. This role requires a highly motivated individual who maintains a strong level of activity and productivity! Customer Retention and Share of Wallet Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and engagement activities. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services to increase share of wallet and maximize customer value. Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication with customers via telephone calls and email to address their needs and promote Senergy Petroleum products. Process requests for quotes, place orders, and generate proposals in a timely and accurate manner. Sales and Marketing Actively promote and market Senergy Petroleum products to potential and existing customers, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement. Data Management and Reporting Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information in CRM systems or databases. Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track sales activities, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement. Additional: Duties and responsibilities may be modified as directed by management. Attend sales meetings, as well as sales training, continuing education, and other related events and functions. Supervision of Others: None Work Environment: Typically work is performed in an office setting. Physical Demands: Able to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Able to move about office setting to complete responsibilities. Able to move freely around work and customer sites. Able to climb stairs, kneel, bend, and stoop. Travel: Under 5% Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Proven experience in inside sales, outbound prospecting, or customer service roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Management preferred. Bilingual English and Spanish preferred. Three (3) years inside sales experience desired Minimum one (1) year of B2B experience. Experience in transportation, lubricants, fuel, or a related industry. Microsoft Office proficient to include Dynamics CRM, NetSuite, and Salesforce.
