Inside Sales Representative 175 AP

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell our Annual Service/Warranty Packages with existing customers
  • Mail information packages to new and existing customers to generate sales
  • Promote the Customer Referral program by mail and phone
  • Complete all Call-backs as agreed by customers
  • Maintain notes of calls, activities and update our proprietary customer database
  • Update all Customer contact information
  • Follow all call quality guidelines as directed by management
  • Other duties as assigned/required

Assets

  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience working in a call center environment (experience upselling in a call center)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Chrome, Outlook, Excel, and Windows
  • Results oriented and target driven
  • Confidence to negotiate and close sales
  • Clear communication and excellent phone etiquette
  • Intermediate computer proficiency
