Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be at the heart of our sales team—connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive business success. You'll use your consultative selling skills, creativity, and drive to build relationships and help customers achieve their goals. Deliver sales pitches tailored to each customer's needs, focusing on value and benefits. Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and documenting details in our CRM system. Negotiate sales terms and handle objections with professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experiences. Participate in promotional campaigns, conveying special offers and promotions. Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and outcomes. Continuously develop your sales skills and product knowledge through training and team support. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; coursework in sales, business, or marketing is a plus. 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or a related field. Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP) or similar sales certifications preferred. Strong skills in consultative selling, cold calling, negotiation, and lead qualification. Effective communication, results orientation, and learning agility. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
