Description
Working in the Medical Devices Industry, you will be exposed to a broad range of products that have life changing effects on a patient's quality of life. Achieve monthly sales goals and meet Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Maintain a business relationship with HCP's and their staff to facilitate document collection required for patient initiation Collaborate and work cohesively with field sales representatives in the execution of sales activities, and territory management follow-up Utilises CRM for seamless communication on activities and management of customer database Answers incoming calls, places outbound calls, and responds to emails in a timely manner; clearly documenting all correspondence in CRM and Outlook calendar Assists customers with the ordering processes Prepares correspondence to be distributed to HCP's, consumers, and internal colleagues Troubleshoots and seeks solutions to problems related to questions and concerns over orders, and sales enquiries This position assumes other duties as assigned by management Understanding customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities Answering potential customer's questions and sending additional information per email Expanding and maintaining a database of current and potential customers Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services Staying informed about competing products and services Management may, at its discretion, assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
