KEY SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of technical concepts.
  • Naturally adept at managing multiple priorities while effectively communicating with both internal teams and external customers.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • Completion of Grade 12 education; preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education.
  • Comfortable working independently or collaboratively within a team environment, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate positive interactions.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a constructive, open, and direct approach to addressing challenges and resolving issues promptly.

    Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
