We are for seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, client relationships, and contributing to a sustainable industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-up.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales (inside sales or account management preferred).
  • Experience in the waste management, recycling, logistics, or related industry is an asset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
