Inside Sales Representative

The main object and purpose of the Inside Sales Representative is to build lasting relationships with customers and collaborate on developing business markets. You will have the chance to evolve in an organization where collaboration and customer satisfaction are the core of our business.

• Listens actively to customers to advise them on products, prices and availability in order to satisfy their needs. Answers technical questions.
• Receives and processes customer orders (phone, email in, fax, etc)
• Prepares quotations and standard tender requests.
• Performs phone “cold-calls” for network customers and “blitz” in some market segments.
• Does post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Organizes the display of products in the store
• Use your welding knowledge and experience to deliver products to our customers, and help them find the right supplies for their projects and business needs
