Our SLAVE LAKE, ALBERTA location has an immediate opportunity available for an INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE responsible for PROJECT QUOTATIONS AND ORDER EXECUTION as well as carrying the DAY-TO-DAY SALES workload.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills dedicated to meeting customer needs in a very busy marketplace with ambitious growth goals.

Some duties will include:

• Checking inventory for product availability, delivery, scheduling and price verification
• Working closely with the location BD Manager and the Calgary Sales group to target and secure new market-share.
• Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized
• Processing orders by telephone, mail, electronically or in person

Qualifications:

• Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills
• PVF experience an asset
• Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload
• Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player
• Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills

The ideal candidate will have some experience in quoting and selling PVF product and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel with an aptitude for software systems. The successful candidate must be able to manage priorities to meet customer deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. They will also be responsible in building and maintaining a positive relationship with Apex Distribution’s vendors/suppliers.
