About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in connecting with our customers, advancing the sales process, and closing new business while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Your efforts will ensure our customers are not just satisfied but delighted! Job Duties: As an Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, you will communicate client requirements and needs to our department leaders. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving product or service issues through active listening and effective problem-solving. Attract potential customers by answering questions about our products and services and suggesting additional offerings. Reach out to current and previous customers to schedule appointments for maintenance services across our various departments. Open customer accounts/subscriptions and accurately record account data for processing and billing. Make tailored recommendations of products or services based on customer needs. Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell our offerings. Desired Skills: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented. Exceptional phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Previous service industry experience is a plus! Sales experience is highly valued.
