Our client is a global healthcare organization working with cutting edge medical technologies seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will engage with prospective clients to communicate the value of specialized healthcare services, empowering families to make informed decisions through superior service and accurate information.
Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
Pay: $50,000

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ????Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Bilingual in English/French is a must have.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and Microsoft Office 365 is a plus.
  • Previous experience in call center, customer service, or client services environments is a strong asset.

Responsibilities
  • Educate and guide clients through available options, empowering them to make confident, well-informed decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures, training requirements, and administrative tasks to ensure consistent performance.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and service targets.
  • Follow established sales processes, compliance standards, and company policies with precision.
  • Actively participate in call reviews with management to share best practices and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Deliver high-quality client interactions that align with company service standards.
  • Accurately document client information, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Support team development by mentoring or assisting new hires as needed.
  • Safeguard client data, including sensitive personal and financial information, in compliance with company policies.
