The individual we are looking for should have about one to two years of inside/counter sales experience. We are looking for a person that is service oriented, driven, and ambitious. Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience preferred

• Related sales and industry experience
• Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and Windows
• Strong attention to detail
• Mathematical skills
• Cash handling experience preferred but not required
• Previous computer skills – training on POS system provide

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required

• Answering inquiries via phone, and email
• Taking and processing quotes and orders via phone, and email
• Servicing existing accounts and helping to develop new accounts
• Supporting existing inside and outside sales staff
• Resolving customer problems and issues in a timely fashion
• Assisting walk-in clientele
