JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Inside Sales Representative at BD. This role is part of our UKI Inside Sales organization, a key pillar of our UKI Commercial Excellence vision. The position focuses on better serving our small and medium accounts and accelerating revenue growth. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in increasing our customer base and achieving revenue growth objectives. This role requires dedication to spending time on the phone with prospective customers, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing deals.

Responsibilities
  • Source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and how our products can improve their patient care.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
  • Perform effective online demos for prospects.
  • Manage quotations and renewals on time, ensuring operational excellence for your focus customers.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
