JOB SUMMARY

As a Tech Courses Sales Specialist, you will join a high-performing sales team dedicated to connecting students across Germany with Masterschool’s best-in-class technology courses, offered through the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher).
Our programs - Tech Orientation, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering, Digital Sales Management - equip students with the skills, mentorship, and industry connections needed to excel in today’s tech-driven world.
Your primary responsibility is to guide students in identifying their career goals, match them with the right program, and help them secure the Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher).
Fluency in English and German are essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English - Mandatory
  • Proficiency in German - Mandatory
  • Proven success in enrolling Germany-based students in Bildungsgutschein education or vocational training programs - Ideal
  • Proven experience in the sales process - Desirable
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of fields such as Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, and Software Engineering - Desirable
  • High-energy, low-ego, open to feedback, and eager to improve daily.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  • Consultant: Identify the right career path for candidates based on their unique abilities and desires, and guide them in decision-making.
  • Enrollment: Support students in submitting requirements for a Bildungsgutschein. Directly engage with students to remove obstacles, inspire them, minimize drop-off, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Utilize Hubspot to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to develop tailored sales strategies.
  • Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
