Description

Responsible for managing account relationships to drive sales and ensure pipeline management. Achieve sales quotas and maintain pipeline health. Manage account relationships and drive business growth. Collaborate with the AE to nurture new business and manage account strategy. Ensure successful solution implementation and support product adoption. Identify expand opportunities and collaborate with AE/partners in account planning. Independently drive lower value and transactional deals from qualification to close, with a focus on portfolio expansion. Assist or lead activities related to product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, CPQ management, and catalogue updates. Manage and support the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solutioning, sales closure, and technical demos. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and account management. Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and managing pipelines. Strong organizational and program management skills. Experience in direct selling and stakeholder interaction. Experience supporting account teams, managing pipelines, and driving transactional deals Proficiency in managing end-to-end sales processes. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Expertise in contractual/services selling and driving recurring revenue. Ability to identify opportunities and align with strategic plans. Proficiency in digital and remote selling. Experience with cross-selling and up-selling techniques to drive profitability and enhance customer experience Self-motivation and proactive approach to prospecting and business development New Technology and AI: demonstrated curiosity and confidence in adopting emerging tools and technologies—especially AI—to enhance sales performance, customer engagement, and productivity. The ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply digital solutions in daily workflows, and to use AI insights to drive smarter decisions and more personalized customer interactions. Must Speak English and French
