This role requires a strong understanding of Crownstone’s products and services, the ability to identify customer needs, and the skill to recommend appropriate solutions. Success in this role is driven by customer satisfaction, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities * Engage with in-store customers and inbound leads to understand equipment, product, and service needs. * Recommend and sell appropriate equipment, attachments, parts, and services based on customer requirements. * Demonstrate product features, applications, and value to customers. * Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, accurate order processing, and post-sale follow-up. * Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and past customers by sharing updates on new products, services, and promotions. * Accurately document sales activity including calls, quotes, orders, sales, and lost business. * Collaborate with outside sales, service, and parts teams to support customer needs and maximize sales opportunities. * Perform all other duties as assigned. Educational & Experience Requirements * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. * Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. * Highly organized with strong attention to detail. * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. * Five (5) or more years of experience in agricultural or construction equipment retail preferred.   Essential Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle, feel, and reach. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and infrequently up to fifty (50) pounds.
