Description
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who thrives on closing deals remotely. You will own the full sales cycle from engaging warm, qualified leads to negotiating and closing contracts entirely phone, and digital channels. This is a closing role, not a prospecting role. Key Responsibilities : Own the full remote sales cycle from discovery call to signed contract, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue quotas Manage and prioritize a pipeline of warm, inbound, and SDR-qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through each deal stage Handle objections confidently, negotiate commercial terms, and drive prospects to a close with a sense of urgency Build strong relationships with HR managers, talent acquisition leads, and C-suite decision-makers across target accounts Accurately forecast deal progression and maintain up-to-date records of all interactions, pipeline stages, and next steps in the CRM Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless buyer experience Share market feedback and competitive insights with the product and growth teams to inform positioning Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 1–5 years of inside sales or closing experience, ideally in SaaS or HRTech Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a remote sales environment Excellent communication skills — confident on video calls, persuasive in writing Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and close decisively Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and remote sales tools (Zoom, Loom, etc.) Self-directed, organized, and able to manage a full pipeline independently What we offer : Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure Fully remote role with flexible working hours Structured onboarding, playbooks, and ongoing sales coaching Clear career path into senior sales, account management, or team lead roles Health insurance, retirement plans, and an attractive benefits package A high-growth, mission-driven environment — we're on a mission to accelerate 100 million careers
