Description

Calibre Sales Inc., a leading master distributor of over 5 000 disposable packaging products from 300+ manufacturers, is seeking a driven Junior Inside Sales Representative. This role will focus on reactivating dormant accounts, cultivating small account relationships, and contributing to our operational efficiency and customer-first promise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–2 years of inside sales or customer service experience; B2B exposure preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, self-motivated, and customer-centric.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms; warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge or interest in packaging, foodservice, or distribution sectors is beneficial.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage outreach to dormant and small accounts via cold calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Re-engage inactive clients and generate new orders that align with Calibre’s value-driven, just-in-time delivery model.
  • Educate customers on our product breadth from custom-branded foodservice items to healthcare packaging and upsell where aligned with their needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and activity logs in CRM.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate delivery.
  • Track metrics such as reopening rate, sales conversions, and volume growth.
