SUMMARY
As an Order Desk representative, you will be essential in providing outstanding customer service and support. Your core skills in English, communication, and phone etiquette will enable you to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and order processing. Utilizing your premium skills in data entry and analysis, you will ensure accurate order fulfillment while leveraging your multilingual abilities, including Spanish, to cater to a diverse clientele. This role requires a post-secondary education background and proficiency in Windows operating systems, making you a vital part of our team dedicated to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Above average written and verbal English language skills. Succinct communication style. Business-appropriate manner with customers, colleagues, and vendors that is positive, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Ability and willingness to take online-training in door hardware; no cost to you. Experience working with all levels in an organization. Ability to build a rapport. Experience using a business operating system, email, and Windows PCs. Post-Secondary education is an advantage.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate directly with customers by phone, e-mail, or in person at our counter/showroom, to:
1. Process sales orders and changes using our business operating system
2. Respond to price and availability inquiries
3. Assist customers in choosing the best available product

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop, then maintain, a practical working knowledge of our product lines, their application, and of competing product lines. Master our order entry system.
