SUMMARY

We have an immediate opening for an: Inside Sales Representative
The Inside Sales Rep position is a frontline position with extensive interaction with customers, co-workers, drivers, yard and plant personnel. This position also ensures that customers are serviced in a courteous and attentive manner and that orders and purchases are handled properly, accurately and in a timely fashion

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma with minimum of 2 yrs. experience in inside sales or related position ideally within the building materials or landscape products field
  • Excellent communication skills Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
  • Experience with various sales tools (CRM, ERP, etc…)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at the counter and by phone, handling inquiries, orders, and material calculations with professionalism and care.
  • Prepare accurate invoices, delivery tickets, and POS cash logs while maintaining thorough documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to manage inventory, place supply orders, and support stock accuracy through regular updates and physical counts.
  • Coordinate customer deliveries with the Dispatcher to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation and daily use of the ERP system, supporting smooth sales and inventory operations.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across all channels, fostering a positive and solution-focused work environment.
  • Champion health and safety practices and support the team with additional duties as needed.
