The Inside Sales Support plays a fundamental role by providing assistance and administrative support to the internal sales team. Its main responsibility lies in ensuring effective coordination and diligent monitoring of the sales processes while providing comprehensive support to the sales representatives in their daily activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum completed secondary education. Technical or university education in commercial or related fields will be highly valued.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service positions will be highly appreciated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt efficiently to a dynamic environment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordination and management of the sales cycle:

• Assisting in the preparation and follow-up of quotations and proposals for clients.
• Updating and maintaining an up-to-date database of clients and prospects.
• Monitoring the progress of sales opportunities and ensuring adherence to deadlines and deliveries.

3. EXECUTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:

• Handling documentation and recording sales and orders with accuracy and diligence.
• Generating and maintaining sales reports and analyses for senior management.
• Managing follow-up tasks such as timely sending of samples, catalogs, or other relevant information.
