Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™, a DH Pace Company, is looking to hire an experienced Inside Sales Representative with strong customer service skills who will support sales through calling existing and potential commercial customers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of one to two years of sales experience.
  • Must have customer service experience.
  • Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.
  • Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be a Team Player - works well as a member of a group.
  • Must be detail oriented - capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
  • Must be dedicated - devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
  • Must be a self-starter - inspired to perform without outside help.
  • Must have the ability to make an impact.
  • Must be inspired to perform well by monetary reimbursement.
  • Mechanical aptitude a plus.
  • Experience in Commercial overhead or entrance doors a plus.
  • Experience supporting a field service operation a plus.
  • Experience working in an ERP is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Cultivate commercial sales in supporting the service operations in Atlanta and surrounding area, including other regional sites.
  • Communicate with customers, technicians, and Dispatch Managers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative sales.
  • Works directly with management and service technicians.
  • Performs follow up activities in an effort to close opportunities.
  • Estimates, details, and submits final proposals to customers.
  • Maintains and updates Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
  • Responsible for achieving sales objectives.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
